Office Incompetence leads to smelling sweaty soles

When big boss lady Gina asks her assistant Samantha for the report that she needed to have in her hand before days end, Samantha isn't finished. It seems Samantha just can't concentrate long enough to accomplish anything in the alloted time. Gina has had it with her lack of competence and decides to teacher her a lesson by trussing her up tightly with rope in her office chair. She uses a huge wad of white dust cloth to pack Samantha's mouth before clear taping it in and adding a sticky wrap many times to hold it in for extra security. Now she can finish the report herself and not have to listen to Samantha's lame excuses. Before she starts, just to teach her employee a lesson, she kicks off her leather pumps and puts her stocking feet in Sam's facing forcing her to breathe in the stench. Samantha fights like crazy to escape the smell but it futile. Gina then goes back to typing her own report leaving Samantha helpless and unable to do anything but watch and gag talk in frustration.
