Dr Lane is nervous. She is meeting with a troubled patient with a compulsive fetish for bondage and gags. The patient has grown increasingly worse throughout their sessions and Dr. Lane has decided that it is time to have her patient Gina committed. Gina arrives and Dr. Lane breaks the news to her as calmly as possible. Gina has no intentions of ever returning to Woodbridge Mental Facility and she grabs the doctor, wrangling her into her own straitjacket. She gags the doctor and leaves her to struggle and protest as she flops on the floor. Gina picks up the office phone and pretends to be the psychiatrist, as she calls the transport team to come and pick up the deranged patient and deliver her to the asylum.
