Nurse Ash the famous smoking cessation expert is in her office making appointments when she is confronted by an unhappy client. It seems his wife entrusted Nurse Ashe and her program to finally stop smoking, only to find out that the nurse is a quack and her program failed this patient. The grieving husband surprises Nurse Ashe and renders her helpless. The nurse is seated in a chair and a cigarette is taped in her mouth causing her to inhale the thick smoke. She is later medical masked and his assistant smokes into the tube as the nurse struggles causing her to gasp even more.
