The criminal mastermind, Laughing Latina has broken into tech headquarters and is about to crack the safe containing all the company secrets. Officer Pierce is hot on her trail and calls for backup. She enters and arrests the criminal cuffing her until backup arrives but Laughing Latina outsmarts Officer Pierce and soon the tables are turned and she tells the cop to strip, gag herself and hogties her with her own handcuffs. Laughing Latina puts on the police uniform to make her get away just before backup arrives. Will officer Pierce be mistaken for the criminal, will she get free or will the secrets of tech head quarters fall into the wrong hands.
