Told to lay face down on a tall stool. The photographer duct tapes Susan's hands behind her back. She is taped above knees and ankles. Susan is ball gagged tightly. Left to struggle and drool, the photographer removes her belt and smacks the soles of Susan's sneakered feet. Susan thrashes and screams into her gag before being left to struggle again.
