After warning secretary Samantha many times about her excessive personal calls while at work, Gina Rae decides to spy on her employee. Samantha is at it again talking about shoes and shopping with her step-sister. Gina sneaks in and Samantha quickly hangs up the phone. Gina confronts her but she denies making personal calls. Gina pulls out the phone records and shoves them in her face. Samantha denies it still. She argues making Gina furious. Gina gets tired of her denial and grabs her by the hair. Soon Gina has Samantha tightly bound to her chair but Samantha still won't confess. Gina is tired of hearing her excuses, so she uses a ball gag and pinches Samantha's nose causing her to open wide. Next Gina puts sticky tape over to to reinforce it and quickly adds more tape over Samantha's eyes. Samantha is COMPLETELY HELPLESS and now to make matters worse, Gina call's to have an ad placed for a new secretary causing Samantha to protest through her gag. Gina also hacks her computer and finds out she has a lot of unfinished projects. She makes a few calls and gives Samantha's accounts to someone else. Samantha is left bobbing her head unable to see and trying to protest but he gag isnt allowing it.
